Is love enough..? Yes I know this is a bit of a controversial thing to ask…But it is in fact the best place to start…
John 3:16 “for God so loved…”The centre of our being is within this statement…Why start with LOVE..?
Every heart beat of Jesus Christ is for us…And we His followers will follow in His footsteps…Again…Not in Religiousness…But in Love…
His love for us enables us to love him back, first and foremost…And then all the other less-significant things in life…Like money, power and the other idols.
Will find their true places under God’s leading…We will be happy again to bring them to God’s fountain of Eternal Life Jesus… So be it…
I can still remember when I first came to a church under my own fruition…I wanted to find out about this guy Jesus…
And all the things of any great value in my life have only come through HIM…How lucky am I…HE is all I’ve ever really wanted in life…
He has been the only constant good thing in all of my tragic life..Life will kill you my friends…Don’t be fooled…
But it cannot take away our eternal hope in HIM…Jesus brings a sobering perspective to our existence…
Yes we start with LOVE…And then we finish with love…If we are doing it right…
